Yellowstone-Teton Territory is filled with picturesque landscapes and beautiful scenery that photographers from around the world travel hundreds—if not thousands— of miles to visit each year.

If you are a photographer who is lucky enough to call Yellowstone-Teton Territory home, the 7th Annual East Idaho Community Photo Contest is looking for your work.

According the contest page on Idaho Falls Magazine’s website, the contest, which is sponsored by Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center (EIRMC) and Perfect Light Camera & Supply, asks amatuer photographers from the area to submit their photos from the following categories:

  • Portraits
  • Nature & Wildlife
  • Scenics
  • Sports & Leisure
  • Events
  • Open (Images that do not fit into any category)

According to the contest page, there is no submission fee to enter the contest. Additionally, photographers may submit three photos per category. All photos must be submitted to Idaho Falls Magazine by November 1, 2016.

“We strongly encourage sending your image(s) digitally via email attachment to [email protected]; images should be jpegs sized to at least 3x5 inches at 300 dpi, and your email should say EAST IDAHO PHOTO CONTEST in the subject field,” according to the photo contest page. “Be sure to include the category you are submitting for along with your full name, your phone number and a description of your photo including time and place.”

All submissions are eligible for the $1,200 cash grand prize and other prizes, including:

  • Other cash prizes
  • Plaques
  • Merchandise
  • Gift certificates

Winning photos from the contest might be featured in an issue of Idaho Falls Magazine. They might also be displayed at EIRMC, according to the Idaho Falls Magazine.
