Mill Hollow Community Park

This cozy little park is not maintained by Rexburg City. Mill Hollow Community Park is maintained by the Mill Hollow Trailer Park Managers. This park is for private use of the residents of Mill Hollow.

Smith Park

Smith Park is located on the east side of Rexburg and is one of the community's favorite parks. It has a gazebo, picnic tables, baseball fields, tennis courts, kiddie park, playground equipment, antique steam engine, and barbeque areas.

Rotary Park

Nestled in the residential community of Mill Hollow Trailer Park is Rotary Park. It is on the east side of Rexburg and was designed especially for small children. The Park has an open green area and play equipment for the neighborhood children to play and climb on.

Byu-Idaho Gardens

The BYU-I Horticulture Demonstration Gardens serve as a unique”laboratory" for students of the Landscape Horticulture department. The Gardens are open to the public year round until dark. There are over 750 varieties of annuals and 200 varieties of perennials as well as trees and shrubs.

Community Park

Community Park covers 8.2 acre area. It is unique in that the park is adjacent to Madison High School baseball fields. Community Park is especially designed for athletic events.

Nature Park

The creation of this park was mainly to provide a place for joggers and cyclists to exercise in a beautiful environment. It s located near the fairgrounds on the west side of Rexburg. The Rexburg Nature Park covers a 15 acre area. It is unique in that its jogging paths are along a beautiful area close to the South Fork of the Teton River.

Park Street Park

This little park is named after its Park Street location. It is nestled among the homes in the area and provides great recreation for small family activities. The green grass and shrubbery enhance this cozy little park.

Yellowstone Bear World

Yellowstone Bear World is located about 5 miles south of Rexburg just off Highway 20. Bear World takes a nostalgic look back to when black and grizzly bears roamed free in Yellowstone National Park. Bear World is a unique drivethrough park where you can watch the wildlife in their own habitats in your own vehicle. Yellowstone Bear World is open from mid May to mid October, seven days a week. Rates vary, and full vehicles receive discounts.

Camas Wildlife Refuge

The Camas Wildlife Refuge is one of 500 national wildlife refuges in the country. Each year during spring and fall, the refuge is filled with migrating songbirds and waterfowls, with numbers peaking at 50,000.

Enjoy a relaxing time at Green Canyon Hot Springs. It is a popular place for family reunions, church group gatherings, and vacationers. Take advantage of the pure thermally heated waters of the pool facilities. Water temperatures are a constant 96 degrees, while the outdoor hot pool is a toasty 105 degrees.

Twin Bridges Park

Twin Bridges Park is located on a 31 acre plot of pristine land rich with wildlife on the South Fork of the Snake River. It was developed by Madison County and is a favorite camping, fishing and picnic area with a boat dock for river access. Campsites, shaded picnic tables and restrooms are located at the park. The area has many trees and undergrowth. There are deer and moose in the area.

Porter Park

Porter Park, named in honor of Arthur Porter, Jr., is situated in downtown Rexburg. It has picnic tables, playground equipment, tennis courts, a basketball court, a baseball field, a waterslide, and a volleyball area. The jewel of the park, however, is the historic “Idaho Centennial Carousel," which is one of 170 antique carousels still existing in the United States

Beaver Dick Park

Beaver Dick Park is maintained by Madison County Parks and Recreation Department. It was a project of the Idaho Transportation Department and the Rexburg Rotary Club. It is located about 5 miles west of Rexburg on Highway 33. It is a 12 acre preserve situated on the west bank of the Henry’s Fork of the Snake River.
