We are located 5 miles from Harriman State Park where there are plenty of hiking trails and Horse Back Riding. We are only 18 miles from Mesa Falls.  Mesa Falls has a 113 ft drop.  The State of Idaho has nice paved trails and catwalks that go right next to the falls.  Children can not fall into the falls due to the railing that are places along the trail.  Even if you have difficulty walking, you can still see Mesa Falls without having to go down the stairs to get closer look at them.

Our cabins will sleep 6 (as long as you like each other).  They have a Double Bed, a set of Bunk Beds and a Hide-A-Bed in the small living room/kitchen area.  They have a small kitchen with a stove, microwave, refrigerator and satellite TV.  They also have a bathroom with a shower.  All linens and cooking/eating utensils are included.  We also offer Free WIFI that you can access from your cabin. In our office we offer Laundry Facility, Ice Cream Novelties, Bottled cold drinks, Coffee, Espresso and a Pizza Parlor.  We make the Pizza fresh.  You can either call your order in or eat your pizza here.

In the summer, we have Craft Shows and Antique Shows just behind our cabins.  We have a variety of vendors that offer a variety of items to buy.  There are plenty of places to ride ATV or other recreational vehicles.  We also have 2 13 ft NRS Otter Rafts that we rent to float down the river in.  You can rent them for either a half day or a whole day.  They have there own trailers that they go out on.  Included in the rental are the paddles and floatation devices.  You have to shuttle yourself.  Most people take our rafts over to Box Canyon to float.  It is a beautiful float.

We are just half a mile from Henry's Fork of the Snake River.  This river is known world wide.  People come from all over the world to fish this river.  We are 4 miles from Island Park Reservoir and 17 miles from Henry's Lake.  There is plenty to do and see.

High Mountain Adventures is located in the heart of Island Park at the base of Sawtelle Peak and convenient to overnight accommodations and area restaurants.  You can ride out our door to hundreds of miles of exciting recreational trails.

With over 200 inches average annual snowfall and in excess of 500 miles of groomed snowmobile trails, our Snowmobile rentals will satisfy the most enthusiastic rider.  Don’t worry about clothing:  We rent everything you will need. We also sell Klim winter wear.

Summer brings lush surroundings of forests, streams, meadows and wildlife.  A perfect time to rent one of our ATV's or Mountain Bikes for sightseeing/hill climbing.  Our Watercraft rentals are perfect for an outing to one of the many lakes/reservoirs within easy reach, whether it be for fishing or simply enjoying the water.  And, we sell fishing gear and camping equipment if you didn’t bring it with you.
