It is located about 5 miles west of Rexburg on Highway 33. It is a 12 acre preserve situated on the west bank of the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. It was named after "Beaver Dick," Richard Leigh, who was one of the last of the real mountain men of this valley. A large sign stands over the entrance of the Park.
